Watch our chefs craft and finish every dish at vibrant live-cooking stations, ensuring every bite lands on your plate perfectly fresh. With a seasonally rotating menu, there is always a new culinary journey waiting for you.
Savour the experience at your own pace, your table is yours for two hours to explore, indulge, and return to your favourites as often as you like. Don’t forget to save room for our spectacular, full-spread dessert station.
Hours: 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM | Monday to Sunday
Pricing: £45 per adult (Unlimited soft drinks only on selected items)
Families: Children under 5 eat free | Children aged 6–12 dine at half price
There will be a discretionary service charge added to your bill.
The chef
Sayyam Tekle, Cluster Executive Chef
With over 26 years of culinary experience, Chef Sam brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and expertise to the kitchen. Classically trained with the prestigious Taj Group in India, he later completed a Master’s degree in Hotel Management, further strengthening his foundation in hospitality and culinary arts.
His career has taken him across some of the finest establishments, including London’s renowned Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, where he worked in a three AA Rosette restaurant, gaining invaluable experience in classical French cuisine and refining his skills at the highest level.
Murgh Makhni has been a cornerstone of our menu since 2010. Tender tandoori chicken is enveloped in a smooth, buttery tomato sauce infused with aromatic spices, creating a dish that is both comforting and refined, and one that I am proud to serve year after year.
