Sofitel London Heathrow presents its Spring Afternoon Tea at the Tea Salon, a seasonal menu celebrating the finest flavours of the season.
Head Pastry Chef Tanuj Sharma, known to many as TJ and winner of Bake Off: The Professionals 2024, brings creativity and technical precision to every plate. Freshly baked pastries, delicate finger sandwiches, quality tea blends and signature home-made jams — all made fresh daily.
Afternoon Tea is served daily from 11am to 4.30pm.

Fresh from his outstanding win on Bake Off: The Professionals 2024, where he and his teammate were crowned champions, Tanuj brings creativity and remarkable composure under pressure to our kitchen.
